The tradition of Salento wants the “Frize wheat” topped with a little olive oil, tomatoes and a pinch of salt. It is a very simple dish, tasty, very popular with the high summer temperatures. Our “Frise wheat” are handmade with durum wheat flour, water, yeast (natural yeast powder wheat flour “0”, alpha amylase, flour treatment agent: ascorbic acid), salt, yeast.
