Taralli with olive oil


The “taralli” are a typical Puglia and Salento dishes. They are prepared with high quality ingredients, all strictly made in Puglia. They are excellent as an aperitif or as a simple snack also used to replace the bread at the table.



The “taralli” are available in various flavors: at traditional olive oil, “alla contadina” (leccine olives, peppers and onion), with fennel seeds, with turnip greens and also sweet to the primitive wine. They are all delicious, wholesome and delicious. They can accompany cold meats, salads, cheeses or simply enjoyed with a good glass of wine. Our “taralli” are handmade with wheat flour, olive oil, extra virgin olive oil.
