Apulian mustazzoli


The “mustazzoli” are very good traditional apulian cookies famous throughout Italy. The “mustazzoli” are glazed chocolate cookies with a compound called “naspro” which can be black cocoa or white alternative. They can be consumed as dessert at the end of the meal or as cookies from the milk or milk.
