I Contadini‘s farm was born in Ugento in Lecce province around 60 years ago. Here they grow their own vegetables in their own land with a technique called Integrated Production. A great variety of vegetables is grown in more than fifty acres of land, here we can find zucchinis, pepperoni, artichokes, tomatoes and more. They are later transformed from a fresh state to become sauces and condiments without the use of preservatives of any kind, following the good old salento recipes for preparation and preservation.
